Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time

Normally we can prepare your order within 2-3 business days however, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be procezsed and ready for dispatch.

You will receive a email notification once your order is ready for shipment via email.

Koala Clothing Australia is not responsible for the duration of the freight time after the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

Postage Charges

We offer free delivery for orders above the value of $100.00 + GST.

If your order is below the value of $100.00, a flat fee of $15.00 is payable.

Postage for wholesale customers with a trade account are charged freight based on their location and volume of the total order.

Forwarder Information

For wholesale trade accounts orders are genereally dispatched using TFM Xpress Pty Ltd unless the cost of freight is cheaper via Australia Post. Koala Clothing Australia will take the upmost care in delivering goods using the most cost effective option however, we're not responsible if your order is not sent via the most cost effective option.

Online website orders will be delivered by Australia Post, you will receive a email notification with your tracking details via Australia Post. Please ensure the email you provide at the checkout is the correct email address. Koala Clothing Australia is not responsible for sending tracking information to the email provided if it has been provided incorrectly.
