Dispatch Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be picked, packed and prepared for shipment. Normally we can prepare your order within 2-3 business days. We will let you know once your order is ready for shipment via email.

Koala Clothing Australia is not responsible for the duration of the freight time after the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

Postage Charges

We offer free delivery for orders above the value of $100.00 + GST.

If your order is below the value of $100.00, a flat fee of $15.00 is payable.

Postage for customers with a trade account: Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide are a flat fee of $15.00 + GST. 

Trade accounts located elsewhere are charged according to the costs from our freight supplier TFMXpress Pty Ltd. We will endeavour to send your order in the most cost effective way possible and a counter cost will be checked with Australia Post and your goods will be sent with the more cost effective alternative.

Returns Policy for Trade Customers

If you are a stockist or trade customer and wish to advise us of any quality or manufacturing faults, please contact our head office on sales@koalaclothing.com.au or phone +61 2 9772 2500 and request a “returns authority number” prior to sending back any goods to us. Depending on your location and the nature of your return, we may ask you to destroy the goods in store and we will issue a credit. Please note that such a request will be offered to you in writing (via email) and we recommend that you only destroy goods once these instructions are provided to you.

You are entitled to request a credit if the item you purchased does not match the description or has faults caused by manufacturing or the material used. It does not cover wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse. You may not be entitled to a credit if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you ordered the wrong colour or sized.

Returns Policy for Consumers (Purchased in store from a retail stockist)

If you have purchased an accessory from an authorised stockist, please return it along with your proof of purchase back to the original store location and they will address your return and advise you accordingly. 

Please note that return policies differ from store to store, so it is best to check directly with your retailer.
